Member Liaison
Susan Lewis serves as Member Liaison for Eden MD, guiding members through a highly personalized, whole-person care experience. With over 25 years in the healthcare industry, Susan brings a thoughtful blend of clinical knowledge, integrative insight, and compassionate leadership to the Eden MD team.
Formally trained in Bournemouth, England as a complementary therapist, Susan’s education focused on skincare, bodywork, and nutrition—shaping her holistic approach to wellness. Her career in medical aesthetics began in Chicago in 2003, where she assisted plastic and reconstructive surgeons with practice operations while practicing as a laser specialist.
At Eden MD, Susan is a central point of connection for members, working closely with specialists to ensure care is aligned, intentional, and supportive of each member's unique needs. Her deep appreciation for integrative, whole-body healing fuels her passion for helping leaders, their families, and organizations thrive functionally—within their health and beyond. Mentoring and disciplining other health care workers in her industry is one of her passions, reflecting her heart for service and legacy.
Fluent in Spanish, Susan enjoys cooking and spending time at her family’s farm with her husband Isaac and their three children. She is committed to cultivating Edenic rhythms of grace—patterns of living that foster community, wholeness, and a flourishing life.
