Shanon Beelendorf serves as a Manager at Eden MD, where she plays a vital role in supporting members while empowering the care team to deliver a seamless, elevated experience. With a heart for servant leadership, Shanon brings both structure and compassion to her role—ensuring that each member feels seen, supported, and thoughtfully guided throughout their wellness journey.
A purpose-driven leader shaped by personal growth and years of dedicated service, Shanon is deeply committed to fostering meaningful connection and cultivating a strong, aligned team culture. Shanon holds a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University, where she studied Kinesiology and Sports Sciences, and furthered her leadership development through Mosaic College in Los Angeles, completing studies in Spiritual Leadership, scripture, and ministry skill-building. These foundations have strengthened her ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose—bridging both practical strategy and relational care.
Her strengths include interpersonal connection, strategic planning, business mentoring, and one-on-one coaching, all of which contribute to her ability to support both members and team providers with excellence. Whether coordinating care, strengthening team alignment, or walking alongside individuals in their journey, Shanon is devoted to creating an environment where people feel empowered, encouraged, and equipped to thrive.
