Dr. M. Rachelle Poffenberger is a valued member of the Eden MD care team, serving as a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncturist, herbalist, and clinical nutritionist. She partners closely with Eden MD’s providers to support members through seasons of transition—offering care that restores balance, resilience, and long-term vitality.
Dr. Poffenberger specializes in transitional healing, working with individuals navigating infertility, chronic illness, post-surgical recovery, digestive malabsorption, and hormone imbalances. While her clinical background is deeply rooted in Women’s Reproductive Health, she believes the principles that support fertility—balance, sustainability, and alignment—are equally essential in rebuilding physical and mental health at every stage of life.
At Eden MD, Dr. Poffenberger brings a thoughtful, educational approach to care, helping members understand how seasonal, generational, and environmental stressors influence the body’s most essential functions—eating, sleeping, and healing. Her role as a TCM practitioner is to create and maintain a supportive healing environment, allowing each individual the space and stability needed to move forward with confidence and autonomy.
She offers comprehensive, holistic support through acupuncture and moxibustion, facial and scalp acupuncture, TCM herbal and food therapy consulting, and customized detoxification, recovery, and supplementation plans.
