Madeleine Hallum

Dietitian

Madeleine Hallum, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in gerontological nutrition, cardiovascular health, and strategies that support healthy aging. She completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and earned her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Sciences from the University of Alabama.

Madeleine is deeply passionate about longevity and metabolic health, with a particular focus on diabetes prevention and management. She is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), further expanding her expertise in evidence-based, personalized nutrition care. Her work has been published in the Journal of Clinical Nutrition & Practice and in the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics Nutrition Care Manual (NCM), reflecting her commitment to advancing best practices in the field.

In addition to her clinical accomplishments, Madeleine is an accomplished artist whose work is permanently displayed on Vanderbilt’s cardiac floor in Nashville, Tennessee — a reflection of her belief that healing is both a science and an art. Through her work, she brings thoughtful, strategic, and compassionate guidance to those seeking to build strength, vitality, and resilience across the lifespan.
