Dr. Stephanie Wise is a sports medicine and movement specialist who helps individuals restore function, prevent injury, and return to the activities they love. With a background in athletic training and exercise science, she applies evidence-based movement and recovery strategies to support long-term performance, resilience, and quality of life.
