When working one-on-one with Ashley, members receive a highly customized in-person or virtual experience using the TYE4® and Parasetter®—designed to support strength, mobility, posture, and injury prevention. Prior to each private session, members complete a personalized intake questionnaire, allowing Ashley to thoughtfully design the session around individual goals, movement history, and physical limitations. Training with the TYE4 activates deep postural stabilizer muscles and creates a fluid, kinetic chain throughout the body—improving range of motion while strengthening the joints most vulnerable to injury, including the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and spine. Depending on the application, the TYE4 can provide up to 30 pounds of resistance for progressive, intelligent strengthening.
Sessions also incorporate the Parasetter for its restorative and supportive benefits, including spinal decompression, muscle release, posture and balance improvement, cortisol reduction, and enhanced comfort and accessibility during movement. Together, these tools allow Ashley to create a session that is both challenging and deeply supportive—combining intentional workout programming with personalized instruction to help members move with greater ease, confidence, and long-term resilience.
